Alpna is a first-generation American, Ohio native, and a seasoned triligual professional fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi. She values her client's trust and prides herself in being relentless in exceeding their expectations every day.

Alpna was born in India, but grew up in Beavercreek, Ohio. Her father is responsible for settling the family to the United States in the early 1990’s when he was blessed with a life-changing opportunity. She then moved to Columbus after graduating from Wright State University.

Even though Alpna grew up in Dayton, she never lost sight of where she came from. She continuously reminds herself of what her father sacrificed to put her in the position she is now. According to Alpna, it’s her family values that helped her develop admirable characteristics such as a strong work-ethic, fearlessness and dedication. These values are what she tries to embody both personally and professionally every day.

As a trusted real estate advisor, she recognizes how complex and deeply personal the buying and selling process is for all those involved. She understands that there is risk financially and personally with Real Estate and she takes it seriously. This perspective is what drives her to be an expert listener and a true partner to all of her clients. 

Prior to joining The Westwood Group, she spent the last 10-years working in finance, hospitality, and new build construction (essentially getting an MBA in the people business). In 2019, she launched her own business, Over the Top Apparel, and obtained a wealth of knowledge in entrepreneurial experiences. This knowledge was invaluable as she then took her own leap into becoming a full-time Real Estate Advisor. 

During her free time, Alpna enjoys exploring all that Columbus has to offer with her husband and their fur baby, Beast. They enjoy discovering the newest eateries and entertainment with their friends and family, and sometimes, she finds herself in the gym at 7am.

Alpna is available anytime for her clients in Columbus, Dayton and Cincinnati. Fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi, she is eager to be a trusted advisor for her communities. Her mantra: no single transaction is ever as important as a life-long relationship and she wholeheartedly believes in that.
